Former Provost to be installed as an Honorary Canon

The Very Rev'd Hunter Farquharson, who retired as Provost of this cathedral after 24 years of service, will be made an Honorary Canon at a Diocesan Evensong on Sunday 4th February at 3.00pm. This will be followed by refreshments in the Chapter House and all are welcome to attend. We shall also be joined by Bishop Marinez Bassotto of our partner Diocese of Amazonia in Brazil. In addition, the cathedral choir will be augmented by the choristers of Strathallan School.
